About Me.
I'm an artist, somatic practitioner, and intuitive energy healer specializing in helping highly sensitive people.
I spent much of my life feeling overwhelmed by my sensitivity and desperately trying to cope with complex trauma, chronic health issues, and intuitive perception I didn't understand.
My experience led me to spend nearly two decades studying body/mind practices, and to become a student of world renowned teachers of energy healing, somatics, and metaphysics.
I now have a practice where I use both my natural psychic abilities and learned skill set to help people of all ages reconnect to their bodies and reclaim their energy. Together, we get to the root cause of what's keeping them stuck so they can reclaim their health, align with their unique creative voice, and feel a sense of safety in their intuitive, sensual nature.
I believe healing doesn’t have to be traumatic and and have helped countless people improve the quality of their lives through energetic and somatic healing.
