HEALING THE BRIDGE
Thyroid health & throat chakra healing
In this 2.5 hour intensive workshop, I'll be collaborating with accomplished functional medicine doctor, chiropractor, and acupuncturist Dr. Daniel Fazio. (who also happens to be my amazing life partner.)
Together, we'll take a deep dive into healing the throat chakra and thyroid gland.
We'll start with a guided somatic practice to connect with this center and practice the skills of body listening to learn what it has to share with us.
Dr. Fazio will share his in-depth knowledge of thyroid health from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine as well as ways to care for this gland through nutrition, supplementation, and testing when necessary.
Finally, I'll be sharing more about the energetics of this center and tuning in intuitively to witness an energy clearing for the group that will be specifically targeted towards clearing beliefs negatively impacting the throat and healing the deeper wounds held there.
