About Me.
I'm an artist, mystic, intuitive channel, somatic practitioner, and energy healer specializing in helping highly sensitive people.
I spent much of my life feeling overwhelmed by my sensitivity and desperately trying to cope with complex trauma, chronic health issues, and intuitive perception I didn't understand.
My experience led me to spend nearly two decades studying body/mind practices, and to become a student of world renowned teachers of energy healing, somatics, and metaphysics.
I now have a practice where I use both my natural psychic abilities and learned skill set to help people of all ages reconnect to their bodies and reclaim their energy. Together, we get to the root cause of what's keeping them stuck so they can reclaim their health, align with their unique creative voice, and feel a sense of safety in their intuitive, sensual nature.
I believe healing doesn’t have to be traumatic and and have helped countless people improve the quality of their lives through energetic and somatic healing.
Paintings.
Art has always felt like home to me. I began creating early in life and went on to study painting at Universities in St. Louis, MO and in Florence, Italy. What started out as an interest in figure drawing and painting eventually led to a passion for non-representational art.
My paintings are created with the simple intention of honoring the creative process itself, and act as a transformational space where alchemy of emotions and energy merge into something physical.
My current style emerged from years of experimentation, inner work, and the study of mysticism across spiritual traditions which helped me tap into something that felt more authentic than the figurative paintings I did as a young artist.
I use layers of gestural marks, handmade collage papers, textures, and transparent glazes to create depth, and love working on a large scale for the visual impact and feeling of being immersed in the process through embodied movement.
My hope is that the works leave viewers with a sense of curiosity in the unseen world and an inspiration to explore the deeper layers of their existence.
